In addition to the historically developed know-how in production, we benefit above all from decades of experience in the area of raw stone procurement. At Gebrüder Kuhn, customers will find the most exclusive materials.
All manufactured gemstones are further processed by our customers and then marketed. These include jewelers, jewelry ateliers, goldsmiths and manufacturers through to large luxury brands.
We cover a very wide range of gemstone cuts.
Thanks to our many years of experience in the industry, we are able to efficiently design all processes from the raw stone to the finished end product and to process the raw stone in the best possible way.
The perfect cut
Stone preparation is the first production step on the raw stone. This is first analyzed in its original form and then cut into the first shapes by our experts
Grinding & milling
The pre-cut slices and blanks are further processed either manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically and ground with the highest precision according to customer requirements
Our finish
The stone now receives its unique shine. Here we can specifically address the various surface structures of the materials and thus achieve the best results
Quality check
Finally, each individual stone is checked again with regard to its dimensions and aesthetic attributes and then sent to the customer
